Tressa Goulding, CAE

Tressa Goulding started her career in association management in 1990, working for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. She served as Executive Director of the Scoliosis Research Society from 1994 until May 2020. During her tenure, SRS enjoyed significant increases in membership, educational activities, the research and education endowment fund, and global participation, including in leadership positions.

Following her retirement from SRS, Ms. Goulding accepted a part-time, consulting position as Executive Director for San Diego Spine Foundation, effective December 1, 2020. Following completion of her service as Executive Director, Tressa joined the Board of Directors.

Born and raised in Idaho, she has now returned to the northwest and works from her home in Goldendale, Washington.
